2.2 Your acceptance is indicated by: (a) completing the Account registration process; (b) accessing any game, promotional offer, or financial service on the Platform; or (c) depositing funds into your ji9 Wallet. Any of these acts constitutes full and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms.
2.3 If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform, close your Account by contacting ji9 support, and request withdrawal of any remaining Real-Money Balance.
2.4 These Terms are available at all times on the ji9 website and may be downloaded and printed for your records. Ji9 recommends that Players retain a copy of the Terms in effect at the time of Account registration.
3.1 Age Requirement. 3.5 Employees. Current employees, directors, officers, agents, and contractors of ji9 — and their immediate family members residing at the same address — are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money gaming or promotional offers on the Platform.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each natural person is permitted to hold only one registered Account on ji9. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of your Account information thereafter. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 Identity Verification (KYC). Ji9 may at any time request documentary verification of your identity, age, address, and payment methods. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photographic ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address, and a selfie. Processing of withdrawal requests above certain thresholds will be suspended pending completion of KYC.
4.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow any third party to access or use your Account. Ji9 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised third-party access to an Account.
4.5 Account Currency. All Accounts are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PHP unless otherwise expressly stated in a specific promotion.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 Ji9 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from ji9 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
5.3 You agree to notify ji9 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach or suspected breach of your Account security. Ji9 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
5.4 All activity that occurs under your Account credentials — including wagers placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as your own unless and until ji9 receives prompt written notice of a security breach from you. You accept full legal and financial responsibility for all such activity.
5.5 Ji9 may, at its discretion, require additional identity verification or temporary restrict Account access if unusual login patterns, access from unrecognised devices, or suspicious activity is detected. This is a security measure taken for your protection.
Ji9 accepts deposits via approved Philippine payment methods including GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified in an applicable promotion. Deposits are credited to your Wallet upon confirmed receipt by ji9's payment processor.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your ji9 Account are from legitimate sources and that you are the rightful owner of the payment method used. Ji9 does not accept deposits from credit facilities issued specifically for gambling purposes or funds derived from criminal activity.
Withdrawal requests may only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the Account, or to payment methods verified as belonging to the Account holder. Ji9 may require documentary verification before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts above certain thresholds.
Standard withdrawal requests are processed to GCash and Maya within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PesoNet typically complete within 15–60 minutes during banking hours. Ji9 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or verification that all applicable bonus wagering requirements have been met.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Ji9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are your responsibility. Any currency conversion fees arising from payment provider operations are borne by the Player.
7.1 Ji9 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
7.3 Bonus Funds will be used before Real-Money Funds when placing wagers, unless the specific promotion specifies otherwise. Attempts to place wagers using Real-Money Funds while Bonus Funds are active may be declined or automatically re-routed.
7.4 Ji9 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have been accepted and wagering commenced on will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
7.5 Bonuses are available to one Account per person, household, device, and IP address. Attempts to circumvent this restriction through the creation of duplicate Accounts constitute fraud and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential Account closure.
7.6 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus. Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn as winnings from a Free Spins bonus is ₱5,000 or 5× the bonus value, whichever is greater. Specific deposit match bonus withdrawal caps will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.

"Malfunction voids all pays" is the applicable principle.
8.6 The result displayed by the Platform's servers shall be the official game result. In the event of any discrepancy between the result displayed on the Player's device and the result recorded on ji9's servers, the server record shall prevail.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ji9 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
Ji9 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, ji9 may act immediately and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the Platform and the interests of legitimate players.
10.1 Ji9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides players with tools to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, session time limits, and reality check reminders.
10.2 Players may request a self-exclusion period at any time through their Account settings. Self-exclusion periods are available for durations ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is in effect, ji9 will not accept any deposits from or allow access to the gaming lobby by the affected Account.

11.1 All content on the ji9 platform — including but not limited to the ji9 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and promotional materials — is the property of ji9 Casino or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.

12.3 Ji9's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of Real-Money Funds held in the Player's Wallet at the time the claim arises.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ji9's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
12.5 Ji9 is not responsible for the content, functionality, or terms of third-party game providers whose games are accessible through the Platform. Disputes arising from game outcomes should be directed to ji9 support, which will engage with the relevant provider on the Player's behalf.
13.1 In the event of a dispute between a Player and ji9 regarding any aspect of the Platform, these Terms, or any game outcome, the Player must first contact ji9's customer support team via the 24/7 live chat dashboard or by email to [email protected].
13.2 Ji9 will acknowledge receipt of the dispute within 48 hours and will endeavour to provide a final response within 14 calendar days. Where additional investigation is required, the Player will be notified of the extended timeframe.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through ji9's internal process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism. Ji9 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or mediation process.
13.4 Game outcome disputes involving RNG-based games will be reviewed against the Platform's server logs, which are the definitive record of all game activity. The server logs shall be admissible as evidence in any formal dispute process.
13.5 Players agree not to initiate chargeback proceedings through their payment provider as a first resort. A chargeback initiated without first engaging ji9's dispute resolution process will be treated as a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent Account closure.
14.1 Player-Initiated Closure. A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting ji9 support. Upon Account closure, any Real-Money Balance remaining will be returned to the Player via an approved payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
14.2 ji9-Initiated Suspension. Ji9 may suspend a Player's Account without prior notice where: (a) there is suspected prohibited conduct; (b) a security breach is identified; (c) a Player fails to complete KYC within a required timeframe; (d) ji9 is required to do so by PAGCOR or another competent authority; or (e) any other circumstances arise that, in ji9's reasonable judgement, necessitate immediate protective action.
14.3 ji9-Initiated Termination. Ji9 may permanently terminate a Player's Account for material breach of these Terms, including confirmed fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or underage play. Upon termination for cause, ji9 reserves the right to withhold all balances pending investigation and regulatory reporting.
14.4 Termination of an Account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to termination, including ji9's right to retain funds pending fraud investigation or PAGCOR reporting obligations.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 13, any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.3 The gaming operations of ji9 are conducted under the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. All applicable Philippine gaming statutes, PAGCOR regulations, and executive issuances relating to online gaming are incorporated into these Terms by reference insofar as they impose obligations on licensed operators.
16.1 Ji9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
