1.1 This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how ji9 Casino ("ji9", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal data of individuals who access or use the ji9 gaming platform at ji9.asia and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces ("Platform").

2.3 Where ji9 engages third-party service providers to process personal data on ji9's behalf — such as payment processors, KYC verification providers, and cloud infrastructure providers — those providers act as personal information processors ("PIP") and are contractually bound to process data only on ji9's instructions and in compliance with applicable data protection law.

7.1 Ji9 does not sell, rent, or commercially exploit your personal data. Ji9 shares your data only as described below and only to the extent necessary for each purpose.
Ji9 engages third-party providers who process personal data on ji9's behalf under binding data processing agreements. These include payment processors (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO), identity verification providers, cloud hosting and infrastructure services, customer support platform providers, and fraud detection services. All processors are contractually required to maintain security measures consistent with RA 10173.
Game providers (such as JILI Games, PG Soft, and Pragmatic Play) receive limited technical data — principally a pseudonymised player identifier and session token — necessary to deliver game sessions through the ji9 lobby. These providers do not receive your identity, contact, or financial data unless separately required for jackpot verification purposes.
Ji9 will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue, and other competent Philippine authorities where required by law, court order, or regulatory instruction. Under Republic Act No. 10173 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by ji9:
Request a copy of the personal data ji9 holds about you and information about how it is processed.
Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal data without undue delay.
Request deletion of your personal data where there is no longer a lawful basis for continued processing.
Receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another controller.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling for marketing purposes.
Request restriction of processing while a correction request or objection is under review.

Ji9 will respond to all rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. Where a request requires additional time to process, ji9 will notify you within the initial 30-day period and provide a revised response date.
Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations where ji9 has a legal obligation to retain or process your data — for example, AMLA-mandated transaction record-keeping requirements may prevent full erasure of financial data within the required retention period.
If you are dissatisfied with ji9's response to a rights request, you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines at privacy.gov.ph.
12.1 The ji9 Platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Ji9 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
12.2 Age verification is a mandatory step in the ji9 registration and KYC process. Where ji9 discovers that an Account has been created by a person under the age of 21, that Account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be held pending review, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required by our regulatory obligations.
12.3 Any personal data collected from a person under the age of 21 as a result of circumventing ji9's age verification measures will be deleted upon discovery, subject only to any retention required for regulatory reporting and investigation purposes.
13.1 Ji9 primarily processes your personal data within the Philippines. Where data is transferred to servers or service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers with data centres in other countries — ji9 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place consistent with Section 21 of the DPA.
13.2 Such safeguards include contractual provisions requiring the overseas recipient to maintain data protection standards equivalent to those required under RA 10173, and conducting due diligence on the data protection laws and practices of the recipient country prior to initiating any transfer.
13.3 Ji9 will provide you with details of any overseas transfer of your personal data upon request, including the countries involved and the safeguards applicable to the transfer, as required by the DPA's Implementing Rules and Regulations.
14.1 Ji9 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, changes in applicable law, or changes to the services we offer. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this page.
14.2 Where changes are material — meaning they involve a new category of data being collected, a new purpose for which existing data is used, or a change in how your rights may be exercised — ji9 will provide no less than 14 days' notice via your registered email address prior to the changes taking effect.
14.3 Non-material changes — such as clarifications that do not alter the substance of our data practices — may take effect without advance notice. The updated Policy will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
14.4 Continued use of the ji9 Platform after the effective date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the revised Policy, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure through ji9's support channels.
